At Amble Dementia Services, our purpose is to provide a bespoke disability and dementia specific service to those living with dementia, and their collaborators.
Through connection and considerate, person-centered care, our hope is that our clients will thrive with reliable support and advocacy.
Jill is passionate about creating true person-centered care through case planning, problem solving, building on strength and community connections and through robust and reminiscent Life Story work.
Need help? Services are catered to your specific needs. Family and friend education sessions or groups trips can be facilitated. We are limited only by our imagination.
